Children and Youth have unique needs when it come to fitness…

Student Athletes
Lalo works with athletes of all ages to improve strength, power and confidence to maximize their ability. For elementary kids just getting started, we focus on motor skill development and injury prevention training. As your child grows, and gets stronger, their needs move more toward sport specific training and strength specific functional movements.

Group Physical Fitness
We partner with local schools, charters and home-school groups to provide focused PE sessions that provide fun, growth and spends some of that endless energy. Often these PE sessions will be free to the family as many home-school programs provide funding for physical fitness education.

1st-5th Grade – Strength Beginning – A strength training class that focuses on building basic strength, coordination, and body awareness in a fun and safe environment through play. The focus is on correct form, safety, and making the experience enjoyable, while helping students develop foundational strength that will support their overall physical development.

6th-8th Grace – Strength Advanced – A strength training class with an aim to introduce students to more structured exercises, promote physical fitness, and encourage proper form and technique while still keeping it engaging. The class emphasizes proper form to prevent injury, introduce students to progressive resistance training, and encourages healthy fitness habits. The goal is to increase strength, coordination, and confidence in their ability to engage in physical activity.

9th-12th Grade – Strength Performance – A strength training class focused on developing strength, power, and overall fitness with a mix of technique, resistance training, and injury prevention. The approach is more structured and aligned with real-world fitness principles, while still maintaining a safe and supportive environment. This encourages self-motivation and provides more autonomy in individual fitness goals. The emphasis is on improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness, with proper guidance on progression and injury prevention. Additionally, students would participate in sport specific performance training programs.
