Student Athletes
Lalo works with athletes of all ages to improve strength, power and confidence to maximize their ability. For elementary kids just getting started, we focus on motor skill development and injury prevention training. As your child grows, and gets stronger, their needs move more toward sport specific training and strength specific functional movements.

Group Physical Fitness
We partner with local school and home-school groups to provide focused PE sessions that provide fun, growth and spends some of that endless energy 🙂 Often these PE session will be free to the family as many home-school programs provide funding for physical fitness education.
